The CSCL SPRING (10,036 TEU) is delivered

As the first vessel in a series of eight China Shipping Container Lines received the CSCL SPRING from Dalian Shipbuilding Heavy Industries. Three vessels will follow from this yard and another four vessels will be built at Hudong Zhonghua Shipbuilding (Group). The vessel is equipped with German Lashing’s loose container securing system including documentation based on new Germanischer Lloyd class notation “LC” and “RSCS” for optimized container loading. The ship will start her maiden voyage on CSCL’s America-Asia Container service (AAC) and is the largest vessel presently deployed by CSCL on US trades.
