The LIBRA RICKMERS (13,100 TEU) is delivered - Joins Maersk Line

Rickmers Group has taken over the 13,100 TEU vessel LIBRA RICKMERS built by Hyundai Heavy Industries . She is the eighth and last unit in a series ordered by Rickmers at the yard. She has been chartered for ten years to Maersk Line, who have renamed her MAERSK ESSEX for assignment to the Far East AE2-Service. She follows TAURO RICKMERS delivered this month and sailing as MAERSK EVORA. These eight ships are fitted with fixed and loose container securing equipment delivered by German Lashing.
