02.07.2015
After successful widening at Huarun Dadong Shipyard the MSC GENEVA was given by Reederei NSB back to service of MSC’s China-South America trade.
The innovative conversion from 4,872 TEU to 6,336 TEU capacity will increase the vessels competitiveness not only in view of additional boxes but also in regard to operational efficiency.
German Lashing has delivered the additional needed loose container securing material including mandatory documentation such as Container Securing Plan and Cargo Securing Manual.
The MSC GENEVA is the first vessel of three in this widening project.
